In January 2001, JDA contracting started building custom homes in Perth, Kemptville and Merrickville as a proud member of the Tarion Warranty Program. Since then we have taken our level of performance to a minimum of energy star while offering R2000 to our Clients looking to insure they have met the highest level of energy efficiency available on the market today.
The windmill Development Group commissioned JDA contracting in the winter of 2008 to assemble a Custom Log home to exceed Energy star specifications for Air sealing and we succeeded. "To our knowledge this had never been achieved in Canada to date".
At JDA Contracting our strategy is simple, we work with fewer clients and perform the majority of the building process with our own forces. In our opinion we have increased quality control and a higher level of customer satisfaction though a personalized service.
